Hiking with a health coach is a valuable experience.
It incorporates movement into your day, releases endorphins, and helps to stimulate goals and ideas.
We can meet anywhere you like and move at a pace that works for you. Some examples include walking paths, hiking trails, parks or other areas in nature.
In my experience, Adding movement to brainstorming enhances your ability to solve problems and articulate solutions. It is also a mood changer.
If you are feeling cloudy or unsure before a session, walking out those feelings and emotions will help energize and motivate you. We can do these sessions individually, in groups and for varying amounts of time. 30 min to 3 hours. These can also be done virtually.
These sessions are client-led, at your pace, discussing the things that matter most to you.
